"Check in was smooth and clear directions to the house were communicated. I liked the pool, I loved the privacy and quiet.The master bedroom is very spacious and the house was kept spotless at all times, daily cleaning. There is extremely efficient Air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The kids loved the technology.. Netflix and internet.They also liked the basketball hoop and pool in equal measure. Phidalice,the caretaker, and his wife are great. My wife appreciated the arrangement by him to have a cook during our stay. The pool, grounds and house are well taken care of. It's very close to Naivas and Carrefour for shopping. A drop off to the SGR was also arranged on the day we left."

Housekeeping is taken care of daily between 10 and 12 AM, so you can truly relax during your beach vacation.
Daily housekeeping, towels and beddings are included. If you have any extra wishes, please inform us, we will always try to make things possible.
Beddings and towels are included in the price, laundryservice for your clothes is also possible at a fee.
Your hosts are young parents themselves who would love to give you some time to go out for a romantic dinner at the beach. Available at a fee.
For the ultimate holiday feeling; A cook can come and prepare you and your guests dinner or lunch, available as extra service at a fee. Please contact us for the possibilities.
Booking deposit minimum 50% to secure the house for your chosen dates. Balance is due 7 days before arrival.
In the event of any breakages damages and missing items this will be charged to the guest, but only when costs exceed 1000 KES.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refundable if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival.
50% refundable if more than 30 and less then 60 days before arrival.
Guests are required to fill out a booking form and submit a copy of their ID according to Kenyan law and regulation. All guests must be declared on the form, this can be done after arrival.
The Swimming Ostrich accepts no liability for any loss of belongings, damage to properties, injuries or death at the premises. We accept no responsibility for interruptions in your travel plans that might cause you to cancel.
